I have been contacted repeatedly by email, phone, and mail by Quickmed Diagnostic trying to collect $450 for a Covid test for my son from 2021 at a location in CA. We have never traveled to CA, let alone did a Covid test there. They claim that insurance never paid them for the test. And because I was reimbursed directly by insurance, I now need to pay immediately. The calls and letters all use a scam address pay.yourmedicalbill.com.
