I didn't even mean to spend any money on this website and they refused to refund my $50. There has to be some way to stop this scam. You will not recieve any records and have just been duped out of $50. I begged them to refund me but of course they wouldn't.

I ordered a birth certificate through their website. Less than twenty minutes later I emailed to cancel the order as I no longer wanted their service. About seven hours later I receive an email stating the order has been processed. Three hours later they email saying they can't cancel the order. I have been going back and forth with them stating they had hours to respond to my cancellation request before processing the order and they did not do so. I also told them their website states "Full Money-BackGuarantee We know paying for something online can feel risky. Give us a try today risk-free. If you don’t have a great experience, we’ll give you a full refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED." They are still refusing to refund my money. They also state "Get a birth or death certificate online in less
than 5 minutes." This is false advertising. They do not get you anything in five minutes.

They will charge you money without telling you how much or what you’re paying for. I’m still trying to get my $50 back that they charged me for “assistance.” The funny thing is I have not even been able to speak to anyone to actually get assistance. The phone numbers they provide are fake. You will get an audio recording telling you to email them. It’s BS. Don’t use them. Nobody gets their money back from these people.

I saw the ad saying get your birth certificate online in less than 5 minutes. Fraud. They just approve your birth certificate and take $50 out your account. They don't even respond in 5 minutes. They're not even affiliated with Department of Vital Records. I had the wrong information on the birth certificate and they approved it. I asked for a refund. I got no receipt nor confirmation number. They will not respond to my emails so now I am going to let my bank take care of it. I left several messages on the voicemail with the number online and no return call. Be careful. It only cost $12 to get a birth certificate. You can get it at the Department of Motor Vehicles as well. QUICK VITAL RECORDS ARE A SCAM AND THEY MUST BE STOPPED.

I went on this website to get a new birth certificate, I put the wrong date of birth for my dad’s birthday and then after throughly looking, I ended up finding my birth certificate and I told them I needed it to be canceled. They told me they processed it and it was nothing they could do. They took $50 from my account. They never gave me a confirmation number or told me how much I was paying for the birth certificate. I emailed them to give me a call and they would not call me just kept emailing me back saying she couldn’t help me. I called the numbers that was on the website. They sent me to another website that didn’t even exist. I message the lady back, and I told her if she didn’t call me back, I was going to report it. And here I am reporting this website. It’s definitely fraud.
