Questise LLC has more then one name, location and person

They also go by Homesoft; Micro Expert Technologies; WLS Europe; World Live; There are several different people; Walter; Mark; Garry Smith; Emilie; Carol; and they do not want you to put anything in the FOR line on a check. They are in Texas under just Questise, which may be legit. But there are also two in California one in Pine Valley, San Diego and one in Calabasas Calif. I have notfied the ones in Texas just in case they are legit about what I went through with the California bunch. They are on by block list now and I told the last caller if they call again I will contact my police spam people. Anyway hope this helps

They won 't stop

I signed on with these people against my better judgement with a Tec called Mark. for life time symantec endpoint protection plus software warranty transferable in the amount of 1999.97. Merchant name was Wirefree "Solutions on my card ordered 2/26/2020, They kept calling wanting me to buy this and that including a firewall which I did get in the amount of 999.99 which I did get and was told was for 15 months. with a tec named Walter. They valled again in October 2020 and wanted to renew the firewall, I told them it was not up yet. They disagreed and I could either renew for another 2000 or more or I could cancel and pay for the time I had it in the amount of 2500. I got angry and I canceled, sent them a check for the 2500 which they rejected due to the fact I had put Final Payment in the for line. I had the bank void that check and I wrote another one, made a copy and wrote Final payment on my copy and what for. Mailed it to them certified mail for the tune of over 18.00. They e-mailed me the invoice with "Firewall subscription will b e terminated; computer network security will be disabled; once account is c0lsed no other debit and no more calls. That was November 19 2021 again wit Walter. Today May 16 I get a call stating I still have their firewall and I need to renew it or cancel it for the amount of 2200. I tried to explain the above and was told I was wrong even though I have ALL the paper work and a copy of the check and my statement shows it was canceled, this was with Emelie; then I get Carol on the phone and she is with the cancelation department, she gives me the same information and I tell her the same thing. She refuses to listen and gets threatening,. States if I want to cancel fine but I should have the descency to do it right and pay the bill. I say I can send you the paperwork that shows I do not have your damn firewall and have not had it since last November. I can also show you a not from my local tec that states no firewall from you is on my computer, only Windows Defender. She gets hot under the collar and I finally said close that damn account and do not call me again or I'll report you as a scam to my local police and let them contact those in San Diego where you are located. I hung up and as of now all their phone numbers are on my block list on my phone. If the se people are not "legal" scammers then I don't know what they are, but to call them up and standing tech is a far stretch from the what they are.

Carol Miller the supervisor x2304 told me that I had to pay upfront $1280.00 to cancel a subscription that I never signed up for. They had my checking account number as they told me the last four digits
The amount they are canceling is $7290.00 if I send them a check for $1280.00 I was told to go to the post office immediately and then call the above number and they would then cancel the $7290.00.

Offered to provide computer security back in 2020. At that time was informed it would be $299.99 for firewall for three years. Rec'd a call on Friday Nov. 12, informing me that I owed $6800 if I wanted to renew my contract and that they had been sending me emails, which I never rec'd. When I informed then that I wanted to cancel my contract, was informed that I owed $1100.23 for 13 months and that I had to pay it right then and now. When I informed them that I would mail a check, they wanted to know check number, and told me if I did not mail it to them on Monday they would charge me for the $6800. On Monday, Nov. 15, they contacted me three times and said if I need not contact them they would charge my account.
