Received phone call from a girl saying she was calling about our insurance bill with Quality Insurance. We do not live near Lorain, Ohio and our insurance is not through Quality Insurance. I called back later to ask for a manager and she said they were doing reports and couldn't come to phone.

scam for car insurance. I was told they work with State farm and All stated, etc. When I asked their physical address, I was told they couldn't disclose for security reason and instructed by their manager. I asked to speak to their manager, and was hung upon on. I kept calling them over and over, a different person answered with the same tactic. I was asked for an ID number, before I was even asked if I had a car. SCAM, SCAM SCAM.

Scammer was silent, probably using Skype phone to spot of their number. Said "hello" three rimes before they said "hello". Said they were from "quality insurance", and started naming off various insurance companies they work with. They then asked me if I had insurance, almost like they were trying to make me say "yes". Hung up the phone.
