I was on social media and this site kept popping up on my feed for a discounted store of a product I wanted to buy. This went on for months on different social medias forms over different platforms. So I thought it was a real site and did my order via a cell phone. Got a tracking number that lead me to a tracking site that showed the package coming out of China. The tracking number did not work, at first on any local delivering companies, so I followed the package to later find out it was a fake tracking number

Fake Facebook Ad for Talbots clothing on sale $7.77 per item. Had original photos of clothing items, sizes, descriptions...basically copied the actual company's web pages and when I checked out, I got an email from Talbots Discount Boutique a phony Order number, tracking # and courier "other." The customer service email came through as [email protected]. The shipment tracking took 30 days and stated at 7:00 AM on 12/3/24 that the order had been "delivered 12/3/24 at 10:55 am."

I order like it was a good deal for the holiday season. Oct. 20,2024 was my conformation said my package was sent and it was to be deliver 11-20-2024 @9:52 it was never deliver.

I made an online purchase through what I thought was a legitimate website a month ago, but when it came to tracking and shipping information, it took so long. I received a notification yesterday that it was delivered, which was not true. I emailed the service email to inquire about the package and got a very long and suspicious email back. I know I got scammed and I am upset I didn't realize it sooner.
