I order from what was advertised as "Comfrt", but followed a link from Facebook. Advertised 90% off. After realizing the tracking information came from China, i called the bank and cancelled my debit card. I also filed a claim with my bank, but the bank has determined the claim to be unfounded even though I never received the product.

During Christmas time on Comfrt site for 2 blankets and a sweatshirt. It was a big sale all over Facebook and the brand of clothing and blanket was Comfrt. Upon ordering it, I was taken to an email that I received for tracking information and it was being sent from China and now being sold by Qollva. This website that was provided did not sell what I purchased, but there were now the company in charge of shipping in any communication regarding my purchase. I made my purchase on December 15 and after several emails and numerous delays originating in China and then to Los Angeles, it finally made its way to my hometown on January 6, 2025. From the sixth until 13 January it then showed at 1:20 PM on the 13th it was delivered by the courier to the address. When I emailed them several times stating nothing was delivered and I wanted the name and number of the courier they used they refuse to provide that information and said they had no receipt of delivery, but that a signature was obtained. How do you not have receipt of delivery but you obtained a signature and how do you not provide the customer the name and phone number of the courier service that was used? more importantly no package was delivered. I live in a very small town and I checked my whole street as well as sending a message on the neighborhood chat to the village. Once I notified the company that I’m contacting the police and the Better Business Bureau all of a sudden I have no further emails from them. I demanded my money returned but again now I’m not receiving a response since I said I was going to be reporting them this company needs to be removed. They’re scam tracking company is called 718 track one stop tracking. After reading many comments and talking to neighbors it appears I was scammed. Please put an end to this company as I am out money and gifts that I purchased for Christmas.

I purchased clothing. The zip code was accidentally entered wrong and accepted even though the zip code and city state do not match. When you type in the address with zip code put in at time of order it come up with the correct address. But it shows the order as delivered yet not delivered to my house. When contacted the company they said they will correct address and send out a new order. Again the order says delivered but not to me. When asked for proof they say they can not give it or get it.

This website is imperaonating the brand "Comfrt" ive been trying to contact them for 1 month now, to get my money back. Goods were *never* recieved. They said hey were the brand "comfrt" i reached out to comfrt and they stated that, that as a scam site. They respond saying package is on the way, but respond to nothing else.
