Products were not as pictured and were not the labeled fabric. They were also inconsistent sizes and the company only has an email address. A person named Tracy responds but waits two days to do so. They essentially give no information with each email so that I have to send another email back just to learn how to return product. Took 3 weeks to receive items and it’s been a week since I reached out to find out how to return. They don’t give you the address to return and do not send a shipping label, even though they were in the wrong.

Items ordered from website were not what was advertised. Different material, coloring, and quality. They refuse to refund or pay for shipping to return. Used harassment tactics to try and get me not to return.

I submitted a dispute for my transaction with Qizicha.com because the items I received were significantly not as described on the seller’s website. The clothing is of extremely poor quality, does not match the photos or descriptions advertised online, and appears misrepresented. The materials and fit are completely different from what was shown at the time of purchase. When I contacted the seller for a return and refund, they instructed me to ship the items back to an address in China at my own expense. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. The cost of international return shipping is unreasonable and nearly as much as the items themselves, making it impractical. I believe this is a deceptive business practice intended to discourage returns and avoid issuing refunds.
