I ordered the 'Washer/GearBowl' on 8/21 off an Instagram ad. I received a pink bowl in the mail but not what was advertised. The package label was covered twice with other mailing stickers but the address shows:

I order this 'Washer'/GearBowl' off Instagram 2 months ago and received a small pink bowl. This is definitely not what the ad on IG was about. I am not sure how to get my money back as I didnt receive a packing slip or receipt. The postage on the outside was covered twice with other stickers and the address is:

I did not receive a confirmation email, but my bank account reflects my purchase of a mini washer worth $28.94. I submitted my request for a confirmation email so I can track my order, but no response. So I am filing a dispute in my bank against this scammer ASAP.

You cannot reach them by phone or email. I am convinced they are scammers. ordered something off Facebook. I will never order anything off facebook again. Facebook should monitor these scammer websites and kick them off.

I and my daughter ordered the washer. My daughter only received a pink bowl, while I have received nothing, and like all said, there is no way to correspond with these scammers. I filed a dispute with my bank. You should do the same. #DropYoSelfie4SocialChange

I ordered a Mini clothing tub with an agitator to wash 1 or 2 things at time. What came in was a small collapsible bowl with no agitator. I can't send it back because there is no address to send it back to. I paid $29.98. When I put in their website address it brought me to this page instead.

I ordered Keens Sport Sandals on a Facebook ad for $33.00 and received (5 months later) a knock of Ray Bans I don't want. I have contested with my credit card company and complained to Facebook for accepting ads like this from bogus companies, , but no results so far. Hard to believe that these otherwise legitimate companies allow this to happen.

I ordered a Product called a Mini Washer with a firebrand and a basket that you could put a small load. I paid $28.95 for my order I placed my order on 08/02/20 order#34458. I was told that the order was being shipped from China yet the package showed a California address. I am elderly and live on a fixed income. I have a difficult time trying to keep household chores.
I want to believe that there are still honest people out there but we live in a world of unknown at this time of our lives. You know an old saying comes to mind concerning this claim."If it sounds too good to be true it probably is".But you know what goes around comes around.

On July 26, I ordered mini clothing tub with agitator. I got a message from them stating I could get a second one at a discounted price. So I ordered two, one for myself and one for my grandson. Then they said I could get faster shipping by paying for skip to the front of the line. I accepted the offer for $5. A total of $51.78 was billed to my credit card the same day.
Yesterday, August 27, I finally received my order. However, I didn’t receive two mini clothing tubs with agitators instead I received two small folding pink bowls that aren’t big enough to water my dog in.
I can’t return them for a refund because there was no receipt with them. Please, don’t waste your money with this crooked company. They are a complete SCAM!
Shame on you QGEARSHOPPE for ripping people off.
