QCS claims to be collecting a debt from our business that was closed 2 years ago. They claim to be a collection agency for Sonoma Clean Power (one of PG&E's partners). They would not tell me what their company name stood for (Qualia Collection Services) until I asked for like the 10th time, and only when I lead them to believe I would pay the bill. They also would not give me any information about the "past due

account and said they had sent a statement to us multiple times. When I asked where they sent it, it was a random address nearby that it not affiliated with us. I called Sonoma Clean Power and PG&E and they both said they had never heard of that company, and that they only use ONE collection agency, and it is not QCS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
