I purchased a handheld gaming device listed as “The Pokket RG DS” (128GB version) along with included accessories (SD card, screen protector, and stylus) on March 24, 2026, for a total of $63.49 using Shop Pay.

The order status only shows “label created,” and the item was never shipped or delivered. I have not received any updates, tracking progress, or communication from the merchant despite waiting a reasonable amount of time.

I attempted to resolve the issue, but the seller has been unresponsive. As of now, I have not received the product I paid for.
