Paid for business cards from Pyramid Visions and never received them

I started business with Cayla Burden, the business owner of Pyramid Visions (www.pyramidvisions.com), in April of 2021. I had to pause correspondence until 2023 due to a family emergency and a military move. I resumed my business with her in 2023 where she happily accepted and we started working through the design of my business card. I made payment of $342 in May of 2023 and communication started to dwindle. She would pop back up, apologize and tell me that all of a sudden she didn’t have the materials needed for my card. One instance, she disappeared completely and I was contacted by someone named Skylar. She asked me for my address in October to ship my cards and i haven’t heard from her since after emailing her twice at [email protected]. Do not do business with this woman or company.
