Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was searching online for a very hard to find steelmaster extra large low profile cash box. No one on the planet has this. Then this came up in my search. What caught my attention was the amount in stock went from 14 down to 6 then up to 44. The address listed is 805 Brandonbury Drive Valparaiso Indiana 46383 which is a moderate residential property. The phone number being used is 323-942-4054. Then it appears this company is from Tokyo? and the business name of Tulipa. I believe this to be a scam. Although I was successful in cancelling the payment through Costco citicard, I wish to help others avoid being scammed by making this report.
