I legitimately purchased 3 titanium cutting boards from this company and I received them. They then took the liberty of charging my credit card monthly $29 for the Purecut Collective. I never agreed to this and when I finally got a hold of someone they said it was up to me to cancel it. They charged me an additional $232 for absolutely nothing and without my approval. I did report this to my credit card company and they are running this through their fraud department. This is such a scam and they should not be able to conduct business in the United States.

I ordered a set of cutting boards, received them but shortly after I was charged $29. I checked my order original invoice and saw PureCut Collective Membership with a discount code and a $0 charge. This is what I assume is a membership that was started for me. I don’t receive anything additional from this company, no newsletter or email, just a $29 charge. I’ve called, email, and use the website messaging service to cancel this membership. I’ve only received two refunds out of six charges. I’ve had two attempts to charge my card (Jan 2026) after the refunds (Dec 2025) have been issued. This all started July 2025 this complaint is being filed January 2026.

I ordered cutting boards one time. That’s it. I never signed up for anything, never authorized any other charges. But this company is just a scam to get your credit or debit card number and then charge a monthly recurring fee of $29 that no one authorized. How are they getting away with this?
