I was scammed out of $978.00 & Did not received the teacup puppy; was then asked for additional $1;000.00 was told or else puppy will be Quarantined and it’s my responsibility because I am the owner. I was bombarded with ransom emails from “The Agency” Fake Delivery Agency.

7/31/2022 I paid $978.00 to “Breeder for Teacup Poodles” name is Twyman Lamond (910) 447-7902 of 3729 South Blvd. Asheville, NC 27706 receive to telephone calls afterwards stating that an additional $995.00 is required or the puppy will be Quarantined by this Fraudulent Delivery Agency. They bombarded me with emails and threats accusing me off animal cruelty and abandonment. Said, I would serve up to 25 years in prison, if I did not come up with the money. Ownership documents are completely fake, airline ticket fake and tracking link does not exists also fake. Please do not do business with these people, they are good scammers and crooks, do not believe anything they say, they are liars and thieves. At no time was I informed of the “agency” or the additional amount of money needed. Twyman Lamond continued to ask for more money to pay the agency or else the puppy will be quarantined.

After they said already shippes they will ask again for $2500 for pet permit for USDA. Aa far as USDA website to transport pet from State to State dogs only needs vaccination record. Permit is only for international transport
