Ordered jeans never received them

I placed an order for 4 pairs of jeans in August. The tracking said they were delivered but I was home that day and the mail was handed to me.
I contacted the company and got a response from the email above stating that someone must have taken them (I have no neighbors and as I said, the mail was handed to me.)

So the company said they would send me a replacement. They gave me a tracking number. I’ve checked that tracking order every day and China Post says that number can’t be found. I’ve emailed this person and all they say is be patient. I have been and I’m done.

At this point all I want is a refund now. I’m tired of being lied to. Just give me my money back. ASAP!

I ordered a 4 pack of jeans. I never received them. I was told they were delievered but they were not. I contacted the company and they said they would send me another order. They sent me a tracking order which China Post states does not exist.
At this point, I just want my money back.
