The bed I purchased was presumably from a US website based on the URL and company. The bed promotes joint and muscle support and that it was developed with a dog therapist, has 3K 5 star reviews and sounded like a quality bed. What I received is of poor quality. It is thin, flimsy, you can see through the shag to the fabric, has no support for joint or muscles and has a different fabric bottom (black fabric with holes). It's TERRIBLE. The website states 100 day 100% guarantee and to contact with any issues. They note that they stand by their products. I contacted them and went back and forth. They offered $12 as an immediate refund and I could donate the bed, or that I could send back and they'd refund. The address is CHINA and you need to pay for the shipping. The website leads you to believe it's an easy return if it doesn't work out, and based on all the claims, reviews, magazine brands it lists you assume it will be of quality. I believe they want US customers to give up and donate the bed, while they keep the funds. It's a SCAM, do NOT buy from them.
