I reluctantly sent the payments via Zelle. After they confirmed receiving the payments on 6/8/23, they asked for more money. This is when I had enough and new I got scammed. This is the email asking for another $1200 for a city permit that is required for my puppy. The email:

Therefore, you will have to pay for the charges of your puppy before we can proceed with the shipping and delivery. We are sorry to say because of this delay, your puppy missed his flight and shall be on this next flight which will be activated after you must have made payment for the REFUNDABLE CITES PERMIT FEE.
If the money is not paid the puppy will be put in detention and then shipped to you and when it gets to your location instead of being delivered, they shall be sent to the quarantine department from where they shall be held for 6 Months.
