I ordered a 3 month supply of stress pills for my dog, only because they offered a full money back guarantee. I received a 3 month supply. Within less than 3 weeks, I was still on the 60 day trial when I received another package which I kept without opening. I immediately called them and informed them I had not ordered another 3 months. They replied I had marked a little box requesting ongoing subscription. I informed them that I would never mark a box allowing them any further use of my credit card. I looked at a copy of the form I sent in and lo and behold there was a box that held a pre-selected check mark. I informed the phone person that it was a mistake and I would even mail it back. I told her that the product was not working as claimed. I took a picture of what I had left from the first order plus the unopened package and said I would mail them back. She has not responded to me since.
