Report

I ordered a flannel jacket via their website on Facebook on 9/27/26. Money was withdrawn from my account same day, I got notified package was delivered on 10/15/26 via their website tracking through emails. I checked mailbox nothing was there, and no slip saying it needed to be picked up at Post Office. So I tracked package with tracking info they gave me first through their site which said it had been signed for and delivered on the 15th of October. First off if I have to sign for something to be delivered I have to pick it up and sign for it at Post Office because packages from USPS don't get delivered to our door in our area. I went in and spoke to post office where I found out that the tracking number I was given is not a valid USPS tracking number.
