My son received a call from them stating I owed a lot and if I didn’t settle with them, I would be sued. The rude woman wouldn’t let me talk and then berated me for trying to talk. She said I had 13 judgements since 2015 (not true—couldn’t understand why I was never served) and I owed a lot of money for a car I used to own. She refused to discuss statutes of limitations. She refused to send me documentation of anything then hung up on me. Please report them to the FTC. There is a form to complete on the FTC.org website.

They called on my sisters phone and left a voicemail for me stating there is a judgement against me and I owe a substantial debt and if I don’t call them to make payment they will file a court order against me. I don’t owe “a substantial debt”. I want them to be held accountable for them trying to scam older adults.

Clearly scamming my 96 yr old mother-in-law. The woman at PT account services said that she has attempted to defraud a financial institution and there is a judgement "pending" against her. When I questioned the jurisdiction of the filing, court, etc the woman said I "was over-speaking her" and promptly hung up on me. Obvious bull[censored].

Extremely rude and vulgar, wont tell you the debt but want your money or the file a court order on you. Call you a deadbeat along with a piece of [censored] if you question them.

I received a robot call saying that me disabled son with a TBI who have been disable for May years and as always lived with me ha a large credit card debt .I talked to a very rude and hate full women she said the card was taken out before his injury but couldn't give me a date or the name of the card said if I have her 600 dollars that Thay would call it even my son has never had credit little on a credit card she keep telling me I was being rude because I was asking her question .hippa will not allow anyone to speak to a second party without proof of POA didn't even ask who I was that need to pay for trying to scam the mentally disabled
