Domain was registered the other day. This is the latest scam from the people who ran ASG RECOVERS, KBS COLLECT, and Smith. Gregory. Total frauds and scammers.

Skiptracer called via recording, left recorded message saying he was a skiptracer callin me about a breach of contract. Called them back, they knew my first name associated with my phone number, but did not indicate where the breach was or with which company. Asked for last four of SSN. Called back, there was no option to speak to a human. Recording called back saying that I called them but didn’t make any selection on the phone. Received a text message saying the same. Because of the recording quality, the text recognition did a poor job, but I’ve attached a screenshot of it. I checked all three credit bureaus and there is no record of a charge off/breach of contract on my credit file.

A message was left on my cell phone from a person called "Theresa Smith" from phone number 1-844-312-0594. She said that if I do not call back they will contact my HR department. That is illegal unless they have obtained a legal judgement...and I have no legal judgements.

I called back. I refused to give out any personal details, not even my name. I asked for the name of the company and they initially refused to give it to me and the person refeused to identify himself. After several calls to them, the guy said his name was "carl" and the company was PSG. I asked for a website, physical address, email etc. He refused to give it to me.

He said he has a "case" associated with my phone number. I told him if he has a "case" then he should send the documents outlining the "case" to the address on file. He said documents were sent and I owe 4K and they can take $350 down payment. I asked how does he think I owe money when he does not even know my name and I told him I have no documents about this "case". He told me he would have the sheriff come and arrest me. I told him to send the sheriff so I can file and report on him/his company and lock him up for scamming. He hung up.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, NOT EVEN YOUR NAME. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY WANT TO GET YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR IDENTITY THEFT OR WORSE.
