I first found the company on Amazon, then went directly to their site for a Lower price for a Dashcam. Ordered the Dashcam, the supposedly sent it to the wrong address per the USPS Tracking. I attempted to reach by email, I was told to go to Amazon. However I did not order from Amazon, I ordered from the company directly. That said, I made them aware of my direct order and provided the order #. They never responded or cared to do anything. Many of the same complaints exist on their Facebook Page where buyers are getting Scammed or not responded to. It's Bad Customer service, it's Fraud.
