Received a letter dated March 19, 2026 from Chiara Juzo, Attorney at Law with the firm Michi Chiara LLP located at 400 Applewood Crescent Suite 200, Concord, ON L4K 0C3, Canada. The letter was postmarked on March 20 in Greensboro, North Carolina. The letter indicates that one of the law firm's clients from the website michichiara.com with a surname identical to mine passed away from Covid 2 years ago, and now there is an unclaimed $11,550,300 USD "permanent life insurance policy". The deceased was a real estate investor and precious stone dealer. The letter indicates all attempts at locating relatives have been unsuccessful. The letter requests that I consent to being added to the policy in order for proceeds to be processed, with one condition that 10% be donated to charity, and the remaining 90% be shared between me and the attorney. I was contacted via email at [email protected] and phone (226) 227-3913.
