I was asked to provide all of my banking information so that this website could send me $500 one day and another $2500 the following day, and I had to return those amounts only via CashApp or Walmart Money Store in order to receive a $9000 loan. All of this by a verbal (non-written) agreement to terms and conditions I could not understand because the person I was speaking to on the phone could not speak English clearly at all and the call was breaking up. I believe I am being scammed because this person now has access to my banking information including routing number and account number. When I called back to decline the loan, the same person answered and became irate and told me it was too late and began threatening me with lawsuits.

I had been looking for a loan for the past few days, and I had been entering my information into third party loan sites that match lenders with borrowers, and I received a text from "Prosper Loans LLC" and I spoke to them and they said they had a loan for me but with my banking information on cash app and my bad credit score I would have to pay some fees, so over the course of two days, they had me buy untraceable walmart visa prepaid cards ad load them and take pictures of them, everytime I loaded the card they promised that I would receive the $10,000 in my cash app acct within 45 mins, and somehow after each reload there was an issue the first time they said my credit score we too low so I had to send an additional $305 after I sent the intial amount around $250. I did it each time because they made it sound legit. I kept questioning this foreign person named "Jason Miller" and he would get mad every time I asked him, to send official documents. His response was always "call the police if you have trust issues and report me" I kept asking him to send me an official document about the company, finally after him getting mad he took 20 minutes while I was on the line he sent me some other persons loan agreement, with there social security number, address and a bunch of other personal info on it from a person I didn't even know. Practices went on like this for two straight days, until I started sending them texts and calling them demanding they not rip me off and give me my money. they stopped answering of course, and then this "Jason Miller" guy calls me after a few hours, acting irate saying that one of the cards I loaded didn't have any money on it, and he demanded me to send him more, and when I refused and stood up for myself, he hung up on me and I never heard from him again.
