On Jan 10 2023 I contacted Prosoft IT SUPPLIER parent name Appsoft Supplier to fix a possible virus in my laptop and printer they cleaned it out and a charge was for $1550.00 for a 3 yr plan for further use at no other charge.. On April 13 2023 they contacted me saying I was hacked by Russians overseas thru a porn site I used and were making illegal money with my name the plan I had did not cover this hacking so they said and they had to install new anti hacking tools. They charged me for a lifetime plan of $3266 00 with no other charges in the future. On July 15 2023 they called me saying I was hacked again via a pornsite by Russians overseas but this time they were using my name involving child porn. They had me scared. I thought the lifetime plan would prevent a hacking and the coverage to repair it again at no charge. They said because it is child porn it's different and they have to install different tools. I get charged another $5162.00 they say I'm covered for life just like the last time. They got me for a total of $9978 in seven months. I paid with Amex card please help me ifeel I've been ripped off.
