This is very frightening Charlotte Barnes is my mother. She is in probate right now with my deceased stepdad's house working on removing his deceased first wife from the Deed and putting his name Paul Bunten on the Deed and then putting it into the Trust of Paul Bunten. I understand this is public information and the scammer did well in scaring my mom by putting false information on this fake form. She has a heart issue and i had to really work on calming her down she is 82. I hope you can get these scammers. I'm thinking the address to mail the check is a good source to followup on.
