he came in with a crew of 5 to do demo work from fire damage, never gave me proof of workers comp, after demo work they started to frame the damaged structure . The work was unprofessional and sub par . l know l have been in the building trades for 40 years .Then he wanted more money and l explained that l have already paid for the next two phases of the project and he never came back to complete the work.

l ended up hiring a qualified carpenter and helped him complete those two phases and redo the scammers crews sub standard work.

l figured l lost about 15k of insurance backed funds, but at least the creep was gone.
