Received what looked like and official form to request a deed to house recently purchased. They called it the "Property Assessment Profile" that would give all kinds of information they claim you need and the "important report" includes, tax assessed value, tax delinquency, area, comparable values current owner info and so much more. They wanted you to either mail a check/money order for $145.95 in an enclosed envelope or or scan a OR code to pay.

I see there is another one on the ScamPulse.com scam tracker just like this . Plus I see others kinda different but they use the same PO Box 924328 in Princeton FL
