Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a Brandon Nimmo #9 NY Mets jersey from the site https://pronfl.shop on Oct 15th 2022. I was tracking the purchase and noticed something strange about the shipping. It was showing in Jamaica, NY for about a week or so and then all of a sudden it was in Chicago, IL. I live in NJ, so you can understand my confusion. I reached out the customer support and they said that it was shipped there in error. They said that they would get it delivered immediately. Within a couple of days I received what I thought was my purchase. However, when I opened it and it was not what I ordered. It was a NY Mets jersey but not the one I ordered (please see uploaded pic). You can see that it's a Mets jersey but it's missing the players number on the front and back, plus the players last name. I reached out to support again on Nov. 9th to make them aware. They apologized same day and said they would send out the correct item immediately. I explained that this was a gift and I had expected it to have it already. I asked them to send it express but they did not. So now here it is, weeks past the point I intended to have this gift (for my wife) and the tracking is still showing in Jamaica, NY. I have reached out to their support 5 more times since Nov 9th and they have not responded. I reached out to https://www.nflshop.com/ (which happens to be the real site) and asked them if they were affiliated with this site. They said they were not and it is most likely a scam site. I tried to report the site on the ScamPulse.com but I cannot due to the address being listed in the United Kingdom. How can I get this issue rectified and either get my money back or get the item I purchased delivered to me? Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
