Professional Parking Management (“PPM”) is anything BUT professional. I parked at 54 W FLAGLER ST, MIAMI, FL 33130 on Sept. 6th and got a Notice in the mail on the 25th telling me I owed $90 plus taxes and surcharges for parking 4 minutes over my time, which is outrageous.

To add insult to injury, the offer a “Reduced Rate” of a laughable $65++ if you pay within 15 days on the Notice date, which is impossible to do when they wait to send it out 11 days after the Notice date. The same day I received the Notice, which was within the 15 days, my Assistant reached out to refute it. PPM waited WEEKS later to review the appeal and then denied it.

When my Assistant paid it, they charged the FULL amount of $115.74 total, even though they caused the delay from inception to the joke of an “appeal” process. They should offer a grace period while the claim is being investigated like other companies that are actually reputable. But instead, they choose to nickel and dime hard working men and women. These unethical business practices must be stopped. How can they average person afford to pay over $100 (with added taxes and charges) for parking 4 minutes too long. PPM and the lot owner have nothing better to do all day then sit at parking lots and watch the meters to make a few quick bucks. They do not deserve a penny of my hardworking money nor anyone else’s. I would caution other to use other parking garages instead of these guys.

I arrived at my vacation condo in Willmington, NC and saw the sign for parking across the street from the condo I was staying in. The signage by the parking area said 24 hour parking so I paid $19.00 at the meter to park for the advertised 24 hours. Now a week later I get a notice in the mail that looks like a "state or federal" ticket notice and not one but 2 of these. Mind you I only parked there this one time...just the one 24 hour time. Now they want to charge me 45.00 x 2...so 90.00 more for just the ONE TIME parking. This is fraud and it cannot possibly be legal for this company to be doing this. Who in their right mind would ever pay 110.00 to park on a crudy dirt parking lot ? I thought 19.00 for 24 hours was a bit much but we were on a time crunch at that moment and I just went ahead and paid it.

Late last year I mistakingly parked at their Coral Gables location thinking it was a public parking lot as it had parking meters all over. now I'm receiving bills and threads from a company called Owygen XL Collectors.

I'm scared because at the beginning I saw online it was a scam so I decided not to pay but now I would like to know if this can affect me and what entity can help me with this situation, please.

Oxygen is their own collecting agency. They're the [censored] of the earth. They have been convicted in the past for stealing from the city of Miami in their former company. Trash.

I parked at such " professional parking at Key west. I paid, I have a charge on my credit card. I received a ticked for 85+ 6.38, 91.38 and threated me that will send me to collection. The bussiness is not answering.Everybody git the same thing with a pic of my car. Such scammers

No need to duplicate the details of my experience as they match what everyone else is complaining about.
The DA needs to get an immediate injunction and charge these individuals under RICO statues.
They people need to be in jail (preferably County) with time added for having the balls to contest the class action lawsuits already filed.
If the county passed legislation that was derailed by the state, it's time to follow the money trail.
Getting back to balls, it take some serious cojones to charge a $4.99 "convenience fee" for payment of a "reduced charge" fraudulent extortion scam.

I parked my vehicle in a parking lot managed by Professional Parking Management and attempted to pay for the parking using their app. Unfortunately, the app was out of service, so I was unable to pay at that time. After about an hour, I was finally able to pay for the parking and picked up my vehicle before the parking time was over. However, to my surprise, Professional Parking Management sent me a charge of $85 for OVERSTAY, despite my payment. They ignored my payment and charged me the additional amount, which I believe is unjustified.

To make matters worse, upon receiving the charge, I noticed that the letter they sent resembled a ticket citation, and the parking lot signage appeared to be that of a city parking lot. Upon researching the company, I found over 750 complaints about their services on multiple watchdog websites. I believe this to be a scam.

It is important to note that Professional Parking Management is a private business and should not be issuing citations to their customers. Furthermore, I paid for the parking and should not have been charged an additional fee for the same service. This is essentially a double charge, which I find unacceptable.

Just received an invoice $90 for parking in Fort Lauderdale on feb14, 2023. First of all I was not at that location and second the car we have with this licence plate does not match the car on the claim.
This is a scam…

I parked in Miami Beach Lot and paid for 24 hours via PayByPhone. A month later got $90 bill and when I went on their website to dispute it said they didn't accept disputes after 15 days - which means they accept no disputes because the notice doesn't arrive until long after that. I'm tossing it!

I pulled into the parking lot got out of my car to check the rates and it was minimum $30 to park. I was only going to be there for lunch so I got back in my car made a phone call to make a plan to park somewhere else and I pulled out of the lot within 15 minutes. I received a bill for $90 saying I parked without paying. I never even got out of my car other than to go to the PlayStation. This company has multiple multiple suits filed against them in and out of court. They’re 100% scammers they’re disgusting.

Parked in a private parking garage in Doral. Paid on the site a month later they sed a bill for $85.00 with a picture of my car say I owe this balance because of terms and conditions of the parking contract. I paid and they say we owe a balance. These people are thieves. Don’t understand how they continue to get away with it.

I never parked in this establishment. Thousands of complaints about this company prior to my notice came today in the mail. This notice is taking up far to much of my time and why is this still going on? It's ridiculous! Who would look into this matter? If my car gets booted or anything else by this company I am holding The City Of Fort Lauderdale responsible. The numbers keep growing and one day someone is going to have to answer and this will be costly to the city.

Everything looks so odd with that company... Even their "rules" are full of typos. I think it has been made by a 2nd grade kid. At least use a spelling dictionary next time you [censored].
Is that company legit?

Write the mayor. I did. They should be bombarded with complaint letters to get something done.

Received a parking citation with my name and Tennessee address for a vehicle with a Florida tag illegally parked in Florida. I have never owned nor even operated a vehicle in the state of Florida. It just worries me how they got my name and address!

Write the mayor. I did. They should be bombarded with complaint letters to get something done. They can tow or boot your car. Let's stop them before it happens.

In order to go anywhere near me you have to park in one of the professional parking management lots. I have received more than 5 tickets in 6 months; all that I have paid for parking and had to file a dispute back and forth with them. I have even paid for tickets I shouldn't have because I couldn't find the receipt. I'm reporting to the BBB after my last ticket. Final straw.

I received a parking charge with a picture of my car and the license plate charging me $42.80 if paid within the next 15 days. After 15 days, $85. I drove in and out and tried unsuccessfully to pay through their rated F ParkBy app. I did not get out of my car while staying in there which was only 10 minutes. Searching online, you can find tons of horror stories of this guy taking advantage for years of every single unsuspecting person visiting their parking lots. Someone need to stop this con artist criminal !

In October 2021, I exhibited at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. I paid for all-day parking each day of the show. After the show, i started receiving Notices of Non-Payment for parking for numerous days (around 10 notices). Each Notice would have a picture of my car entering and leaving the parking lot. The same picture was used for all days. This is a scam. Now approximately 90 days later, I receive a notice from a debt collector, Tate & Kirlin Associates, Inc (www.tkappm.com). When you go on Tate & Kirlin's website, it is setup solely for the purpose of paying or disputing Professional Parking Management's fraudulent parking charges. Hopefully, law enforcement will shut down this scam. I have not responded to all of the notices because I don't want to use my valuable time or get pulled further into a scam. Beware.

I got a letter in the mail stating that I parked in unauthorized area, Which I knew I had not because I had parked there many times before while eating at the restaurant in downtown Winston-Salem.The letter contained images and all the information pertaining to the owner of the car and looked very legit but upon research on research a lot of people had marked this as a scam in many different States.

You go to their parking lot and pay a fee. They also have a parking attendant that lies to the customer. Then a few days later you receive an $85 parking charge in the mail with a picture of your car and license plate that must be paid immediately if not they refer you to collections and pursue legal action. They do not accept proof of credit card payments, so you must pay them again much more money this time. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called.
