I ordered some jeans online. The website says free 90-day trial and free returns. I received the item and they are not as pictured. They have not been worn and are in the original packaging. I contacted the seller about returning them for a refund, they asked for a picture, and then declined my request to return and receive a refund. I have made multiple attempts since then to get a return shipping label so I can return them, and my emails now go unanswered. The phone number is disconnected. I have attempted to file a complaint on your site (the company is listed) but it won't process it.

Apparel was purchased online via the keepcloth.com website. Via the website, this company is based out of Sheridan, WY. The goods were received with a warehouse label coming from Inglewood, CA, however, they were not the quality that was described or depicted. When I sent an email to support@keepcloth.com regarding initiating a return, they did respond with two options. They offered a 10% refund and I get to keep the merchandise, or I could receive a full refund if I were to return the products to an address in China. I responded that I would not do that, as their business address is in Sheridan, WY. They sent the following response, "Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Our brands are designed in the USA and the garments are manufactured and shipped from China.

If you need to return a product, it can only be returned to a warehouse in China, the company's address is not the same as the warehouse's address, so please do not send it to a transit center

Thank you for your understanding!"

I ordered a product that did not work as the website said it would so I initiated a return. After stalling on the return for weeks they finally sent a return address label but said they would subtract $15.00 for processing. I said fine and sent the product back. It has been three months and I have not received my refund. After having this trouble I looked online and found complaints that they have done this before.
