Company does not issue ANY refunds at all like their website says. They ship things very late. The product you receive is absolute junk and fake. They have no intention in reimbursing you for anything. Very poor quality and company.

They set up a website selling clothing . I purchased the item (wool coat) it wasn’t even close to the picture. So the said on the website. That you had 30 day after you received the product to return. The said I could get a store credit and 20% of my money back not the whole refund.

Then I could send the product back to the overseas office to get a full refund. But I have to send a screenshot for proof with the tracking number. The. I want get my money back until they get back in the overseas office. I said the was there finale offer.

Princess Ace 601 SE Wyoming Blvd, Casper, WY 82609

I ordered a wedding dress from Princess Ace and this was an extremely disappointing experience.

The dress does not match the photos on the website at all. The material is cheap and very unpleasant on the skin. The lace is completely different, the style is not the same as advertised, and the color is also different from what was stated. The overall quality is very poor.

Additionally, the package was shipped from China, which clearly means the dress is not American-made as the store’s U.S. address suggests. It is an inexpensive Chinese product, not what was advertised or expected.

When I contacted the store, they offered only a small partial compensation, which was unacceptable. I insisted on returning the dress for a full refund. After that, the store completely stopped responding to my emails.

As a result, we are preparing to take legal action and demand a full refund.

The merchandise received is very poor quality for what is advertised on their website. They would not honor their own 7 day return policy. They do not offer a return authorization or refund as outlined on their website. They only communicate by email and offer a small discount but will not provide a return auth or refund.

The company advertised hand-drawn portraits; however, the delivered products were AI-generated. Although a satisfaction guarantee was provided, a substantial portion of the refund was withheld. Attempts to reach customer service via email resulted in automated responses, indicating an absence of direct human interaction. Currently, our emails are no longer being answered.

Ordered a couple weighted vests and received vest, but no weights. Attempted to contact seller only to find seller unreachable at their support email. Unable to contact seller.

I ordered two 91-inch wind spinners for $39 each. The video on the website, which is also on YouTube, shows a large, beautiful spinner, lovely colors with 3 very full spinners. What I received is about 95 centimeters tall, and has 3 simple “pinwheels” in three primary colors, it is no wider than a 2 liter bottle, whereas the one in the video looks to be about 2 feet across. Correspondence with [email protected] claims “ after reviewing the pictures you were sent the correct item.” They offered me a 10% refund. I disputed this with more information including a screenshot showing the 91 inch product description, and still received pushback that I was sent the correct item. They offered me a 20% refund. I’m still disputing this until I get my 100% refund and a way to send these back.

Weighted vests, were odered, thru email, company said theyee supposed to be filled by consumer. It doesn't say that anywhere in the catalogs I asked for a return, they said that it cant be returned unless its defective. Thats not written anywhere. It just states that there is a 100% return if not satisfied.

- Star, ID, USA • Aug 27, 2025

I ordered two weighted vests (8lb and 20lb) and waited over three weeks for them to arrive. When they finally showed up, both were completely flat and weightless, and neither had the phone holders that were advertised.

When I contacted customer support, I was met with excuses and misleading information. Here’s what I experienced:

1. The vests don’t actually come pre-filled — you’re expected to fill them yourself, which is never made clear up front.

2. Support claimed the website explains this and that the return policy covers it, but that is simply not the case.

3. The site and ads claim this is a U.S. company with 7–10 day shipping, yet my order shipped from China and took nearly 4 weeks.

4. Their “hassle-free 30 day return guarantee” is false — they have not honored it at all.

- Columbia, SC, USA • Feb 05, 2025

This is a scam. They guaranteed the product with a full refund if not satisfied and then won't honor it. Instead, the company send numerous emails back and forth trying to negotiate the refund. The product was mis sized. Infact, there was no size tagged on the underwear or even the product name "Boxhero".
