This company falsely presents itself as a local US/Australian retailer, but is actually based in China. My order took 20 days to arrive (far beyond the advertised 6–9 days), and the items were of poor quality, not matching the description or sizing. When I attempted to return them, I was told I had to ship them to China—despite the original package being sent from a US (or Australian) address—at a cost nearly half the value of the order. I paid for the return and customs, and was still denied a refund due to supposed policy violations, despite returning the items within 30 days.

The return policy never disclosed that returns must be sent overseas or that delivery delays and customs issues could void a refund. This is deceptive and exploitative, leaving customers with little recourse. I am requesting a full refund for the order and the return shipping costs, and want this business held accountable for misleading consumers.

Purchased ceramic flowers, $172.72 worth. Received no email about shipping even though I purchased extra to receive it before Mothers Day. I wanted a FULL refund and instead received an email saying i’m only getting 80% because of their “policy” WHICH ISNT AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE. They scammed me.

Hello, please be aware of Jaypore. They are a company based out of India but also has a website in the U.S. called Jaypore.us. I ordered a pair a toe rings to support a small business and they said that it should be dispatch within 24 hours which was a lie. I contacted them to cancel the order and still to this day, they still haven’t reported a refund to PayPal. Luckily I disputed the charge with PayPal but Jaypore is still emailing me about canceling my order and that they escalated the issue to get it resolved and never did. Needless to say, they still have processed the refund to PayPal so I have documentation that it’s been cancelled. Mind you, I ordered this item on March 29th and it is now the end of April. Their website shouldn’t be promoted to the U.S. customers because they will get scammed. I am now reviewing their Instagram account and people and saying that they didn’t receive their full item and/or they didn’t receive it at all. Very disappointing.
