Online Purchase

Photos online misrepresented the jacket that was purchased. When jacket was received, the colors were different, material was cheap, patches were not the same quality of photos, stitching was poorly done. Attempted to contact company per their policy and they did not answer. Dispute filed with credit card company and was finally contacted back and asked to cancel dispute. No offer made to fix the problem, would not return emails after asking for how to return jacket and receive refund. Unable to get any response from company via email and no phone number listed.
