SEO SERVICES NEVER ORDERED NOR RECEIVED

I AM NOT SURE WHAT CAME FIRST THE CALLS OR BILLING INVOICE. I DO KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN HARASSING/ANNOYING/ AND CONDESCENDING ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. THE FIRST INITIAL CALLS WHERE TO LET ME KNOW MY SERVICES EXPIRE IN DECEMBER OF 2023 FOR THIS "TERM", AND i WOULD HAVE TO PAY $999.95 TO CONTINUE ANOTHER 2-YEAR TERM, AND THAT I CAN PAY TODAY TO CONTINUE. THIS WAS MARCH 2023, I TOLD THE GUY MARK SPENCER (NAME GIVEN) I WOULD LET HIM KNOW BEFORE MY SUPPOSED TERM WAS UP IF I WANTED TO CONTINUE. THEN SOME GUY (DIFFERENT NAME) CALLED AGAIN SAME DAY 15 MINUTES APART FROM A SUPPOSED DIFFERENT DIVISION OF THE COMPANY TO VERIFY MY BILLING ADDRESS. THEY CONTINUE TO CALL AND SEND INVOICES OVER AND OVER HOW I'M DELINQUENT ON MY INVOICE. I ASKED THE MOST RECENT GUY(MIKE W/ AR) HOW EXACTLY I WAS DELINQUENT IF I PREPAID FOR SAID SERVICE? WHICH BROUGHT UP OTHER QUESTIONS? HE THREATENED ME WITH SOME VOICE RECORDING OF VERBAL AGREEMENT. I TOLD HIM TO FURNISH IT ALONG WITH MY WRITTEN CONTRACT. I ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING IN WRITING NO WORD OF MOUTH AGREEMENTS EVER. YET, I CANNOT FIND ANY RECORDS OF CONTRACTS , PAYMENTS, EMAILS NOTHING! BEING THAT EACH TERM IS PAID IN ADVANCE THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING? DID SOME RESEARCH THIS COMPANY IS BITING OFF A REAL SEO FIRM. THE ADDRESS IN NEW YORK IS NOT A REAL SEO FIRM BUT A WAREHOUSE / STORAGE FACILITY OF SOME SORT. THE PHONE NUMBER'S ARE OUT OF MONTREAL,QC. THE WEBSITE LISTED ON INVOICE DOES NOT WORK PAST THE 1ST PAGE, ALL LINKS ARE ERROR. THEY DONT CALL FROM THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED THEY CALL FROM 438-807-0878.

Scammer stated he was with a law firm or collection agency representing Prime SEO for an unpaid balance for SEO services & that it was something I had verbally agreed to in Feb. 23, but had not paid after repeated phone calls (which had gone thru their verification system) & that they could play the verbal authorization back for me. I told them I would like that very much because I knew nothing about what they were referencing & had no idea what he was talking about. He asked for an email address to send a copy of the invoice, which I gave & he sent. The information provided in this report came partially from the invoice that he sent. I tried to call back the number listed on the invoice & it went to a voice mail system. Beware

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

My place of business received a fake invoice in our mailbox for "1 term SEO Package" in the amount of $999.95 from Prime SEO Services. We have not ordered any SEO products. The envelope it came in has a Canadian stamp on it (was not stamped by a postal meter) and there are no USPS postal markings on the envelope. So possibly someone walking by put the invoice in our mailbox? When I Googled the company, I see they exist with a different address and phone number than what is on this fake invoice.

This company continues to send bills, and make threats against credit. How do we stop them. I worked for another company 10 years ago and the exact same thing happened. How do we stop the threats, the credit reporting, the SCAM!?

This is the 3rd time we have been chosen to be scammed with this company. Due to the threats they have pushed towards causing "legal action if not paid" they were sent a payment the 1st time. This is a fake company and they have tried scamming for money with my business for the past 2 years. each time the amount has been close to $1,000. this one currently was $999.95.
