I ordered two dresses for my daughter from the website, https://prima-notte.com/. They arrived and A) were very cheaply made and B) were the wrong items (wrong size on one and wrong dress on the other). Neither item was correct, so I emailed [email protected]. They asked for pictures, I sent pictures showing they were both incorrect. They came back and offered me store credit. I declined. They offered more store credit. I declined. I made it clear I wanted a refund and I would send back the items. They then told me that they were on final sale and couldn't be refunded. That was not noted ANYWHERE when I purchased them AND they didn't mention it in their first two attempts to give me store credit. Young girls are ordering products from this store and are being completely taken advantage of.

I preferred a homecoming dress that Prima Notte’s carrier (Yanwen Express) marked as delivered but it was not received. Prima Notte told me it was delivered and I needed to contact the carrier. The carrier confirmed in email that the package was lost. Prima Notte is refusing to refund the purchase. I cannot get anyone to respond to me other than through email. I believe this is a scam company.
