I preferred a homecoming dress that Prima Notte’s carrier (Yanwen Express) marked as delivered but it was not received. Prima Notte told me it was delivered and I needed to contact the carrier. The carrier confirmed in email that the package was lost. Prima Notte is refusing to refund the purchase. I cannot get anyone to respond to me other than through email. I believe this is a scam company.
