Same thing purchased $100 dollar item got a novelty item worth $3. It is such a scam I tried contacting them could not get in touch with any of the customer service people. Do not purchase anything from them.

scam! I ordered an item for $63.12 kept track of it until the delivery date. However, instead of receiving the item that I purchased I received a cheap product probably worth around $5 then told me in a email i got a refund is a lie no refund my bank is dealing with them for now paypal will not do business with them it might say they take paypal but there is no link at check out it's all a scam and false advertising

I placed an order in March 2020 in which it included 3 items.. When it arrives it was a finger vibrator worth bout 3 dollars. I called email, no response. So I tried to order again because I needed items for bachelorette party.. The same thing happened.. Got the lol finger vibrator in which didnt even work. Then my daughter ordered through QUAD PAY..The same thing happened. I dont have exact total, but I know it was well over 120$... I am a lesbian, prideful colors is a disgrace to the people that do have pride..

I ordered a toy of a certain size and they send a something much smaller. When I emailed them about the issue, they asked me to send a picture of what I received. Two days have gone by and I haven't heard from them. They will not respond back or solve the issue.

Do not order from this company. They charge you send you a novelty item for less then 2.00 they boast usa as a selling point to lure you in. They will email you back and admit guilt and say you will get a refund and you don't. If you put a review on your website they delete yours and put a generic good revieq in place of yours.

I order two items from prideful colors and spent at least 100 on them.The pic of the doll and fleshlight are what i ordered and the three pouches are what i got. On the website it said the doll was three 3ft snd weighed at least 45lbs. The fleshlight was supposed to be an electronic one. I got neither item. I have no idea why they would do this and how they are still in business after scamming so many people. They should be in jail by now. Does anyone know of a way to get my money back?

I ordered an item for $108 and they sent me a tiny envelope with a rubber vibrating sharks took looking item. Like many others I have tried multiple times as have given up. Taking this as lesson learned. This proves the old saying “if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is.” The pic of the doll is what I ordered and the other pic is what I received

The business known as Prideful Colors advertises to sell quality, cheap sex dolls and toys. I ordered an item priced at $100 which was supposed to be 4 feet tall and about 60 pounds, but instead I got an item less than 20 ounces the size of a ring.. after I received the product in the mail I did some research on the company and it comes to find out that multiple customers have orders products $100 and over but have received small items that maybe cost .99

I ordered something that costs $108 one weekend. Then I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order the next day. Surprisingly enough, they still processed my cancelled order and shipped me something completely different that what I had ordered originally. It does feel that they are sending you something incorrectly on purpose. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company so I am happy to state I got my money back. Their website does state that you can pay with Paypal. I didn't see that option during checkout so I was skeptical but fell for it anyway.
