Bought 4 items for about $52, recieved a novelty item worth $3, no one answers my calls, I've emailed back and forth for about 2 and a half months, every time I get a message saying someone will get back to me, they don't until I message repeatedly, they've told me about 12 times that they've issued me a refund and to wait 2-3 days, 1 day I was told 10 days, and another person messaged me 2-3 days on the same day. I've never received the refund. Total scam and I am going to press charges. They straight up robbed me of my money. They told me they were under new management and that this problem was a warehouse issue and not to worry. Its been another month since the 10 days they told me and have not responded since. Awful people over there, definitely fake.

..I see several other complaints about the same thing so I think it is purposefully done as a SCAM.

Do not purchase anything from these thieves there taking advantage of everyone that orders. Spent 88 bucks an got a 99 cent item. I’m beyond pissed. People please read the reviews about them before you think about ordering anything. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED

I spent $110 with this company, but rather than the items I ordered, I recieved an entirely different item, valued around $3 or less.
I have sent an email to customer service, but have yet to receive a reply.

Has anyone contacted the United States Postal Service Inspectors? There seems to be enough evidence to show this company is not just making mistakes but committing outright fraud. Each time they pull their trick could be a violation of the postal statutes. Shutting down or moving might not protect them.

Ordered a product that cost over $90 and received a $5 item instead. Left multiple messages and emailed many times and got the same automated response. Just want my money back. I don't understand how people and businesses can get away with this for so long. I'm not the only one. There are multiple cases that are exactly like mine. These person or people need to be held accountable for this. This is America, we should not alow this type of thing to happen to inoccent hard working individuals. Please find a solution. We the people work to hard and pay too many taxes for people like this to get rich at our expense. Thank you for your time and efforts.

They sent the wrong product on purpose from what I can tell. I purchased an item for $90. What was actually sent was no where near that cost and not even close to the item I ordered. So my guess is they send you something cheap so they make money, but keep the consumer confused as to a possible shipping error. This gives them more time to scam more people. After three responses of “We are looking into this” I mentioned the ScamPulse.com and the email responses stopped.

This site claims to give a good price for adult sex products at a discount of 90% than other products. This site shows the product picture of what you can get but when you order and get the item it is a completely different item and it a product that is not even show or even sold on their site. They will lnot give your money back even it is advertise on the site. I tried twice to order a doll and got a cheap plastic item worth nothing. When you complain they email and promise to fix the issue but it is a lie and they just take your money and give you nothing in return. Do not order anything from this site it is a 100% scam.
