I ordered an item that was priced at $89.99 +$8.50 shipping. The item I received was completely different and valued at about $5.00 on other web sites. prideful colors.com does not even have this product on their website. All attempts to contact them are met with automatic replies and no human response as promised in those reply’s.

I ordered like $80 worth of toys from this site and never received nothing that I asked for some type of accessory came in the mail look like it was worth two or three books. I've sent numerous of emails with no response back to what is going on with my order.

I have ordered a few items which did not come in. When i try calling/text or send an email they do not answer back. This is a scamming website. When i call my credit cards to report this they tell me there is nothing they can do because the money was already taken. I have lost over $100 to this website to get nothing that i have odered.

Made a purchase of one of their products and they purposely sent the wrong item plastic bag with a piece of junk in it... never answered any phone calls never answered any emails never answered any texts and haven't contacted me in any way since June 22nd still no response for them there are thieves scammers. Filed a police report contacted Better Business Bureau filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. A Class action lawsuit against them and a seizure of all of their account. And prosecute them and put them in prison for theft by deception fraudulent ads and scamming... everyone who's been scammed by pridefulcolors... needs to go to their business and confront them in person...

Do not use this company they are fraud they’re committing mail fraud by charging people for prices for products and sending them something it’s worth five dollars my purchase was over $100 my package is supposed to be 83 pounds and all I got was a small tiny little package that way to couple ounces and worth maybe two dollars they need to be reported to the FBI for mail fraud and be arrested and tried for as the amount of money they have taken from people They never respond to any emails or customer service requests no contact whatsoever when you look up the address on Google maps their stores not there it’s some random car dealership so be warned do not buy from this company they need to be put out of business The doll that I ordered which is supposed to be 83 pounds the little tiny silver package is what I received instead

I myself did the same thing and got scammed. Got the same finger vibrator. My wife laughed so did I. Already canceled the c/c I used and credit company is putting fraud investigation on said company. Lesson learned. Wish I would have read this post. I ordered the same doll and got the same result. Lol.

I bought several adult themed toys, totaling over $100.00. They shipped me only 1 item that I did not order.

I purchased a gag gift item for $54 and received a french tickler worth less that $3. They refused to respond the first several weeks and finally answered saying someone will get back to me. No one answers my calls, I've emailed back and forth for about 2 months, every time I get a message saying someone will get back to me, they don't until I message repeatedly, they've told me several times that they've issued me a refund and to wait 2-3 days. First, they said I could keep the trash item and they would send a refund, then they said they were under new management and that they refunded my money minus the cost of the trash they sent me and now they said they would only send me a refund if I send back the trash item at my own expense! To this day, I've never received any refund!
