This business is a scam. They up charge the prices on their website and sell for “cheaper deals” at the Kiosks in the mall. I regret not looking into this product before over paying. After looking into it, i’ve seen countless people pay $150 for a straightener, but I was charged $377. I was charged double the amount. I was told they needed my ID for warranty purposes but that was a lie. They are wise at what they do. I was told I’d have warranty, warranty would consist of exchange or refund and they are refusing to give me a refund. It is beyond disappointing that I was scammed by this company, they are horrible! Do not buy from them. I wanted to return my unopened, unused item because I was overly charged but they refuse to work with me. I will go through my bank, and provide whatever I need to.
