I booked a last minute hotel with Motel 6 through Priceline, I did get a confirmation email about the reservation. I noticed the other day I was sent two confirmation emails. The first one was the confirmation email, the second one came a minute later. It had a different layout and different formats after looking at differences from three other Priceline reservations I’ve made.

I wanted to purchase a room for the upcoming DragonCon conventino in august held at the Hilton Hotel every year. I went to the website and thought I was purchasing one night for $521.00, I made the reservation and I imediately recived an email the I booked for the whole block of nights Wednesday 08/27/2025 thru Tuesday 09/09/2025 and the amount was $45921.00. I called the telephone number on the email 888-650-0113 and 888-650-0114 to cancel as there was a mistake. I spoke to a representative that told me I could not do anything as this is non-refundable. I immediately called my credit card company Bank of America and they reversed the charge but then denied my claim as they said I must pay for the service. I was then told by a manager at the Bank of America that this was a third party and I should try to negotiate with the third party to see if I could have the charge for only one night. I called and did just that and was sent an email from customer on February 25,2025 that they would be processing my refund and I would only pay for one night. I never receive the refund. I called them back and then received an email that I would not be received a refund as they reached out to the hotel partner and where denied by the Manager Jammie. They wanted me to provide proof from the hotel on letterhead that they agreed to compensate the room. As far as the Hilton Hotel is concerned they do not even have a reservation for me. Keep disputing with Bank of America and they will not help me they said i should pay for the service and if Hilton does not accommodate my reservation in august that I should then go back to Bank of America and dispute the charge again. I have proof of the emails back and forth and the telephone numbers and the name of the people I have spoke to, this has been going on since January.

I entered all information to book a trip. Instantly after confirming payment and booking trip was “cancelled” my bank sent me a text trying to verify if I was spending money at a different name other then Priceline. I froze my bank account then and there. They were unable to withdraw funds from my account. I tried to call “Priceline” and my cancellation wasn’t listed in the canceled trips tab. So basically the trip disappeared and I was supposed to be charged but wasn’t. Because my bank is awesome at preventing fraud
