I ordered from this company named pretty little cosmetic. December 18 2025. I ordered 2 pallette of glitter shadow total of 27.00 with my credit card information , my credit card keeps being ran by wierd out of country financial places. I never recieved the product. I dont recieve a response from customer care. They said that my order was processed which is not correct . Multiple people have been scammed by this company and its still running .

I ordered $67.00 worth of eyeshadow from this business on 7/23/2023. The site stated it would take 7 days to process the order. I reforged an email on 8/6/2023 that my order was on the way and I have not received it. The tracking info is not updated and says it was confirmed but never sent. I have sent 3 emails to their contact information and stated last week I’ll be reporting them to the BBB.
