This is a SCAM company. If you look up the business address that they have on their website, it is a STAPLES store in NYC. That should tell you all you need to know right there. (Too bad I didn't do that ahead of time.) I ordered three shirts from this scam company for my husband and the quality was bad, the sizing was bad, and the colors didn't match the website. Not to mention that it took FOREVER to get here. I requested a refund, per the instructions on their website. It took THREE emails/contact form messages before anyone even finally got back to me. They offered a 150% store credit to buy something else from the website. I said no, I want a refund. It took two more days but she finally responded again and said that I'd need to ship it back to CHINA, "which is often 50-60% of the item's value", so she'd offer to just give me a 20% refund without me having to ship back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I will leave this same review wherever I can to hopefully keep others from making this same mistake.

The company offers a 100% refund with a New York City location, but when I tried to get a refund, they would only offer 20% back and would not reveal an address to return the merchandise. All of the merchandise also showed up with the tags cut out with scissors. And the merchandise looks nothing like the quality shown on the website. I think the website is all AI photos.

Ordered 2 blouses listed as cotton/ linen blend. They are obviously polyester. No tags are on the blouses whatsoever—no company name, no fiber content, no washing instructions. Cheap material that is very obviously NOT what was pictured on the website. The package had no invoice inside.
