Report

I created a Prepmedian account so my daughter could complete additional ACT practice lessons in January. I canceled the subscription through my parent account in March because she no longer needed the lessons, and there has been no activity on the account since then. I was unaware that I was still being charged, as I had managed the billing through my parent account and believed the cancellation in March had stopped all payments.

I recently discovered that charges were continuing through my daughter's account instead. When I logged into her account last week, I canceled the subscription there as well. However, when I logged back in today, the subscription was still active, and I was unable to remove my credit card information. I ultimately had to contact my credit card company to block the merchant from making additional charges. Overall, Prepmedian charged me an additional 349.93 after the account was canceled.
