I received 2 confirmation emails for each item, along with an email address & toll free number. I called immediately to see about canceling the smart watch but could not get a human on the phone, so I left a VM. They never called back. I went to email them with my 2 order #s they provided in their emails, but the email address they gave on their page was returned as "undeliverable". I then looked at the email addresses the confirmation emails & original CVS email had & realized they had nothing to do with CVS. I found another email address for them & emailed them 3 times. I told them I wanted to cancel the smart watch offer & that I was beginning to believe this was a scam company. I called my bank & explained the situation & they told me the charges were pending but to come in to refute the charge. I called their toll free # once again, & after 20 min, I finally got a human in the phone.
I have her my 2 order #s that they emailed to me yesterday but the rep gave me a completely different name than me, plus had no record of my email address (which were the confirmation emails they had sent me, so how they didn't have my name correct or anything with my email address I'm their system, I have no idea.
I told them that this company is a scam & rep replied they're only a 3rd party.
I've gone up to my bank & refuted the 2 charges today.
This is a fraud & a scam. I wanted the ScamPulse.com to be aware of them.
