I ordered a bottle of their product on June 13. They charged me for 3 plus another supplement and a 4th charge of 1.99 for a grand total of $185.00. The phone number is not valid. No product. No way to contact. Scam!

This company continues to bill my credit card for unauthorized purchases and their toll free number is not in service. Their product is no different from anything that you can buy over the counter. This company is fraudulent. I have six bottles of their product that I want to return and to stop any continued unauthorized charges.

I am trying to contact this business so that I can return their product(un-opened) as promised in advertisement on Instagram. I have read bad reviews and will not even try this brands product. I do not trust it. Their phone number is no longer working and advises me to dial my own cell phone companies direct 3 digit help number. Bad news here.

I ordered 2 bottles of KetoFast from these crooks at a price of $49.00 per bottle on June 1st. The total order should have been around $100.00. On June 2, they charged my credit card with 3 charges: one for $34.95, the second for $1.99, and the third for $149.99. I never received a product. I am going to take this to as many customer complaint organizations as I can, as well as our state attorney general. In the meantime, block any charges from this group in the future on your credit card.

I ordered the keto fast over 2 wks ago. I called them a week out and someone said they had a problem in the warehouse and the product would be here in 3-5 days. then I spent 2 hrs waiting for a online chat. I was told someone would call in 40 hrs and the person doing chat said he would file an investigation. In looking ay my credit card bill I was charged $150 and$35. When I ordered it each bottle was $50 and if you bought 2 you would get a 3rd one free. I know I was a chump but I had seen these adds for way over a yr. I wonder since they are a scam why has not it been shut down.

On June 6th, 2020 I ordered buy 3 get 2 bottles of keto fast. I was supposed to be charged$ 29.99 per bottle which should have been around $90 free shipping.
I was charge $ 198.70, $34.98 & $1.99 for a total of $ 235.67.
I asked your customer service man to cancel order and said reimbursement would take up to 48 hours.. As of June 19 I have not received my order and I'm out over $235.
This is a SCAM business. The phone # listed does not work.

I too ordered a Keto product, my order was confirmed and I received a confirmation email. My credit card statement shows 3 different charges for $1.99, $34.98 and $149.91. Info on my cc statement shows a phone #833-955-0079. When I first contacted the retailer regarding the 3 different charges and they started offering discounts. I say "No" that I wanted to cancel and upon receipt will return the product. I was then informed they could not cancel but as soon as I receive the product to call and they would give me a cancellation number and a return address. I just received the product and began calling to no avail. Cannot connect to the number by cell or landline. I called my credit card provider and discussed my concern with their cc specialist. The credit card company confirmed to reverse the $1.99 charge and will dispute the two other charges with the retailer. I should be expecting a letter from the cc company for any updates. I will never again to respond to any ads sponsored on Facebook without researching first.

I received a package from Body Healing Herbs in May that I never ordered. They charged me $225.00. I finally found their phone number and called to tell them that was not authorized and to refund my money they said if the package showed up send it back and gave a an RMA #.. 2 days later they refunded the $225.00 and charged me $112.50. the package arrived a few days later and I immediately sent the pack to the address they gave me with the RMA # on it. Never got a refund for the $112.50 so I filled a dispute with my bank. So now I will see if I hear from them.

I ordered Keto diet supplements from CHS*Premium Keto on May 28, with a promise of delivery in 5 to 7 business days. I have not received the Keto, but have received the credit card bill with three charges: $34.98, 1.99, and 69.99. I called CHS several times over two days. Every time I called it rang once, then cut off. I just finished calling my credit card company. They said there is a possibility that not all charges would be credited.

This company overcharged the products are ordered. Then when I called them, the phone number is not existing. Then I searched their company, it indicated they were scammed. I haven't received the products as of now, and they overcharged my credit card account. I reported this company for all the wrongdoing that they have been caused as a scammer. Please, the action is needed to those people or company that were been scamming or treat to the other people.
