Ordered product for 38.99 as stated on site, was charged 3 separate charges totaling little under $200. Then after days of being on hold to return this item, I was told I could return everything, but I had to pay THEM a restock fee!?!?! Now (of course) it has been over a month since I returned product (unopened and still in pkg they shipped it to me in), and they now have no record of it. So basically I flushed $200 down toilet! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THEM. Complete BS way of doing business! Guess we know how Shark Tank folks made all their money!

I called talked to Joe. I was asking to stop all future orders not interested. Asked for refund of 24.98 but was told no past 30 days when it showed on my bank statement on July 1. Gave me run around no refund according to their policy. Hung up. Don't order or do business with these people. They're crooked.

I also ordered the buy three get two free which should have only been around $129. I end up getting charged 3 charges: $198.70, $34.98, $1.99. When trying to contact the company I could not get any body on the line. Tried the online help but was put in "que" and was never able to talk to anyone. I never received any confirmation email about the order so I never got a invoice or order number. I did get the product after about 6 weeks. I tried it for a month. It does NOT work. They now have sent another bottle of keto cleanse and charged another $24.99 to my card, which I did NOT order. I have been trying to get ahold of the this company to get all of my money back for the unopened bottle to do NOT effective and being a scam! Anyone know how to accomplish this?

I think the people on Shark Tank, on tjhat show should be notified of this product has been used for fraud. Their commercials, and guests on their shows are being used for fraud. Shark Tank will no longer shown in my home. I have been dealing with my credi card Company to silve this problem. My charges are the same as on the first complaint.

I'm so sad and very very angry of this website.I order 2 +1 free $89.99.after a few days my bank account charges from this website are $149.99,$38.99 $1.99 so I was think if I recieved this items I return right.I check my bank account there was a pending transactionI transfer right away to may savings all my money so that it they didn't charging me but still they took it my money.I can not understand and i'm very very angry.I hoped God's helping me.

I was scammed by this company on 6/24/2020 as well for a total of $198.00. I immediately called their company the same day to request a refund because it was not disclosed during the purchase process that I would have to lay that amount. They put me on hold and I finally gave up because no one came back on the line. I disputed the charge, but to no avail. They also charged my account for another $24.00 and I've disputed that charge as well. This company is a fraud, do not use them, it's all a scam.

I ordered on June 14th and received a conformation email. My total from the email was for $198.70. Per there advertisement , you buy three and get two free. The cost should have been around $129. I was also charged $34.98 and an additional $1.99. These charges were not on my confirmation email and unauthorized. I called the toll free number listed and it didn't work for me and I also tried there chat. The expected wait time was around 35 minutes or more and 90 in que. I then went into there Terms and Conditions and found a different phone number and called it. I received a customer representative right away. I explained the situation and they said they would refund me the difference. I also cancelled any more shipments. This took place on June 19th. I did receive a confirmation email saying it was cancelled. I received a tracking number and I received the product. I have not received my refund of the difference in cost and now I just got another charge for $9.99. I have no clue what this is for. I sent them an email to try to get some answers. I will have to talk with the bank and see what I can do. I will never do this again.

I was scammed by this company on 6/24/2020 as well for a total of $235.67. I immediately called their company the same day to request a refund because it was not disclosed during the purchase process that I would have to lay that amount. When I call the company it appears to be in another country. A representative answers the phone and gives me a different timeframe as to when I will receive a refund. One agent says 3-5 days while the other says 5-7 days. It has been two weeks so far!

I had to cancel my card. Their phone number no longer works. My Bank is now investigating and I now find they were taking advantage of FB users, I don’t understand how FB continues to allow these scammers access to Us as strict as they can be about personal views.

When I initially tried to sign up for one bottle (at a pretty high price because of no discount for less than two or three bottles) the website would not let me out without getting the booster package (first indication this might be trouble) and when I did receive my order I promptly called and had it removed. The customer service representative removed the charge for the booster but I was unaware that it was a subscription (hidden in the small print amongst the camouflage). Now that I’m trying to contact them to stop the subscription they are nowhere to be found! When I type Ketofit in the URL space it gets redirected to another site for Keto but not them. The phone number (833-955-0079) is no longer working and the product can be found on the Friendo.com site. The bottle looks the same but there are some minor differences. I sent them an email to cancel but we’ll see what happens. In the mean time I’ve contacted my bank to stop payment. We’ll see if they contact me now! Let the buyer beware!
