I was told I had health insurance for everything except pregnancy and substance abuse. I received my policy and I have to o log into a portal for Socios buenos LP for a total number of 500 hours. Moreover, I only have three visits to a doctor a year. that's it, plus RX coverage. If I have a heart attack or break a leg, there is no coverage. I am trying to cancel. I will follow up with an update.

I enrolled my daughter in what I thought was the government marketplace for the

affordable care act- Obamacare insurance. I spoke with a gentleman who stated he could provide us with 1st Health Insurance and claimed it was owned and operated by the Aetna Insurance Agency. He did not claim to be a third-party or an out of state broker he said the policy would be through NY Aetna insurance. Shortly after agreeing to enroll in what seemed to be the best policy for my daughter $273.12 monthly and giving my bank debit card-I received a strange email from a company called Premier Health Solutions, AdvantCare 3, Apex Health Options and Socios Bueno with multiple telephone numbers and addresses. On one email it stated the insurance ID cards would be coming from Hawaii-Mainland Administrators in a plain while envelope and that I would also need to log into a portal for Socios buenos LP for a total number of 500 hours if I wanted to keep my health insurance. During my initial call I was informed during the explanation of benefits that any concerns or additional questions I could call customer service and cancel the policy at anytime. After I saw the email with information regarding the enrollment and I attempted to contact the number that was given to me for customer service-the number rang and was answered by a song playing as if I had already been waiting on hold-then I started reaching out to all of the contacts, only to reach a person telling me they will transfer me to customer service only to be disconnected continuously and two of the contact numbers just respond "Goodbye" when you call. I immediately contacted the bank, cancelled my card and reported it to the fraud division. I am disputing the charges but am unable to officially “cancel” whatever this policy is since I am unable to obtain any assistance
