Type of a scam Debt Collections

I received a call on 5/24 for my stepson, It was a person that said his name was Officer Anderson and he was with Washington County Court in Oregon. They said they had a summons for my stepson and he could be cited for not appearing. I called and found out it was a collection agency named Premiere Legal Services. I called them back and told them to remove my name and my husbands from any future communication. I don't know where my step son lives or works and neither does my husband. They said they would remove my phone number. I received a call today, June 8th at 11:19 again from Officer Anderson with Washington County Court in Oregon having a summons and again saying my step son could be cited. Again I called and I told them that we don't know any information regarding my step son and they are impersonating a court officer, saying they could be criminally cited which is illegal. I have the two voice messages.
