Received a phone call from 716-XXX-XXXX (NY) at 12:22 pm from person identifying themselves as working for Premier Group and was in the process of trying to serve my was legal paper for a civil case that I was being sued for thru Cook Cook (Chicago). When questioned further and asked what company or law office he was represented he merely said he could connect me with the company and I could make arrangement to resolve the issue. I disconnected the call. I did a reverse number lookout and the number does not register to Premier Group but rather to an individual. Also, I called the same number back a little later and a different individual answered the phone and stated this was Premier Group. Premier Group phone number listed under ScamPulse.com is 1-888-583-1164, however it does not work.

They will call leaving a message for someone on your phone, giving all there person details and saying legal actions will be taken if you do not call back by 5:00 pm. They call from 855-764-8909 or 716-247-5101 (Sprint cell) leave a call back # of 844-804-0403(which is a restaurant) with her name Carla Mason and extention & a message saying that they're going to be filing civil charges against you and forwarding something to your place of employment. but when you call the 855-764-8909 back they answer as Premier Recovery Group or PRG.
